Get helpWho can sell on Pawzaar?
Pet shops, pet pharmacies, vet clinics and pet hospitals in Pakistan, whether or not they use Vetlyn. Every seller applies and is verified by Pawzaar first. Medicines and vaccines need a valid Drug Sale Licence.
What do I need to apply?
Your business details and proof of address, the owner's CNIC, NTN (for companies and partnerships), your bank account (IBAN), and for medicines, vaccines or vet services your Drug Sale Licence and PVMC registration. Documents stay private to you and Pawzaar.
Does it really cost nothing?
Yes. During launch there is no listing fee, no commission and no booking fee. We will tell every seller well in advance before any pricing changes, and you can close your store at any time.
How do I get paid?
Directly. Shop orders are cash on delivery (your rider or courier collects) or paid at your counter on pickup. Video consult fees are settled between you and the owner. Pawzaar never holds your money.
Do bookings go into my appointment book?
When you confirm a request, Pawzaar creates the client, the pet and the appointment in your clinic app, linked to the online booking. Slots already taken in your diary are never offered online.
Can my vets control their own profile?
Yes. A vet appears only after giving consent from their own login, and can withdraw it at any time. Owners and admins manage fees, hours and photos.
What stops fake orders?
Every order is a request until you confirm it. Orders are rate limited per phone number and network, you set a maximum cash-on-delivery value, and prescription items are pickup only.
Can customers leave fake reviews?
No. Reviews come only from signed-in customers with a delivered order or a completed visit, and you can reply publicly to each one.
